SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that sol gel alumina-based ceramic abrasive grains (ceramic abrasive grains) from the People's Republic of China (China) are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less-than-fair-value (LTFV).
