SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that sol gel alumina-based ceramic abrasive grains (ceramic abrasive grains) from the People's Republic of China (China) are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV).
