SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that common alloy aluminum sheet (aluminum sheet) from the Sultanate of Oman (Oman) were made at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), April 1, 2023, through March 31, 2024. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On April 27, 2021, Commerce published in the Federal Register the antidumping duty (AD) order on aluminum sheet from Oman. [ 1 ] On April 1, 2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the Order for the period April 1, 2023, through March 31, 2024. [ 2 ] On June 12, 2024, based on a timely request for review, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i) , we initiated an administrative review of the Order .
