SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On May 20, 2025, based on timely requests for review, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i) , we initiated an administrative review of the ( printed page 45246) antidumping duty order  [ 1 ] on common alloy aluminum sheet (aluminum sheet) from the Sultanate of Oman (Oman). [ 2 ] OARC is the only company subject to this review and, thus, is the sole mandatory respondent in this administrative review. [ 3 ] Due to the lapse in appropriations and Federal Government shutdown, on November 14, 2025, Commerce tolled all deadlines in administrative proceedings by 47 days.
