SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On October 29, 2024, Commerce received a countervailing duty (CVD) petition concerning imports of overhead door springs from China filed in proper form on behalf of the petitioners, IDC Group Inc., Iowa Spring Manufacturing, Inc., and Service Spring Corp (collectively, the petitioners). [ 1 ] On November 25, 2024, we initiated this investigation  [ 2 ] and, on April 3, 2025, Commerce published its affirmative Preliminary Determination.
