SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On October 29, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received countervailing duty (CVD) petitions concerning imports of overhead door counterbalance torsion springs (overhead door springs) from China and India filed in proper form on behalf of IDC Group, Inc., Iowa Spring Manufacturing, Inc., and Service Spring Corp. (collectively, the petitioners), U.S. producers of overhead door springs. [ 1 ] The CVD Petitions were accompanied by antidumping duty (AD) petitions concerning imports of overhead door springs from China and India. [ 2 ] Between October 30 and November 15, 2024, Commerce requested supplemental information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petitions.
