SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petition On March 27, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received a countervailing duty (CVD) petition concerning imports of certain monomers and oligomers (monomers and oligomers) from Taiwan, filed in proper form on behalf of Arkema, Inc. (the petitioner), a domestic producer of monomers and oligomers. [ 1 ] The CVD Petition was accompanied by antidumping duty (AD) petitions concerning imports of monomers and oligomers from the Republic of Korea and Taiwan. [ 2 ] Between March 31 and April 8, 2025, Commerce requested supplemental information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petition in supplemental questionnaires. [ 3 ] Between April 4 and 11, 2025, the petitioner filed timely responses to these requests for additional information. [ 4 ] In accordance with section 702(b)(1) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), the petitioner alleges that the Taiwan Authorities (TA) are providing countervailable subsidies, within the meaning of sections 701 and 771(5) of the Act, to producers
