(Lutron), the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is initiating a changed circumstances review (CCR) to consider the possible revocation, in part, of the antidumping duty (AD) order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products (solar products) from Taiwan with respect to certain small, low-wattage, off grid crystalline silicon photovoltaic (CSPV) cells as described below.
