SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On June 21, 2019, Commerce published the Orders in the Federal Register . [ 1 ] On May 1, 2024, Commerce published the notice of initiation of the first sunset reviews of the Orders, pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). [ 2 ] On May 13, 2024, Commerce received a timely notice of intent to participate in the sunset reviews of both Orders from Deer Park Glycine and Chattem Chemicals, Inc.
