( printed page 65584) SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On April 23, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) initiated less-than-fair-value (LTFV) investigations of imports of certain epoxy resins (epoxy resins) from China, India, Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand. [ 1 ] On July 22, 2024, Commerce tolled certain deadlines in these administrative proceedings by seven days. [ 2 ] The deadline for the preliminary determinations is now September 17, 2024, which is the original September 10, 2024, deadline tolled by seven days.
