SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On April 3, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received antidumping duty (AD) petitions concerning imports of certain epoxy resins (epoxy resins) from China, India, Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand filed in proper form on behalf of the U.S. Epoxy Resin Producers Ad Hoc Coalition (the petitioner). [ 1 ] These AD Petitions were accompanied by countervailing duty (CVD) petitions concerning imports of epoxy resins from China, India, Korea, and Taiwan.
