SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On February 15, 2013, Commerce published in the Federal Register the AD order on large residential washers from Mexico. [ 1 ] On April 1, 2024, Commerce published the initiation of the second sunset review of the Order pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). [ 2 ] In accordance with 19 CFR 351.218(d)(1)(i) and (ii) , Commerce received a notice of intent to participate in this sunset review from Whirlpool Corporation, the domestic interested party, within 15 days after the date of publication of the Initiation Notice.
