SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that large residential washers (washers) from Mexico were not sold in the United States at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) February 1, 2020, through January 31, 2021. [ 1 ] This review covers one producer/exporter of the subject merchandise, Electrolux Home Products Corp. N.V. and Electrolux Home Products de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. (collectively, Electrolux).
