SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On July 12, 2023, based on a timely request for review, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i) , we initiated an administrative review on CTL plate from Germany. [ 1 ] This review covers one producer/exporter of the subject merchandise, AG der Dillinger Hüttenwerke (Dillinger). On January 11, 2024, we extended the preliminary results of this review to no later than May 24, 2024.
