SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: ( printed page 43822) The Petition On April 23, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received a countervailing duty (CVD) petition concerning imports of certain alkyl phosphate esters (alkyl phosphate esters) from the People's Republic of China (China) filed in proper form on behalf of ICL-IP America, Inc. (the petitioner). [ 1 ] The CVD petition was accompanied by an antidumping duty (AD) petition concerning imports of alkyl phosphate esters from China. [ 2 ] Between April 25 and May 2, 2024, Commerce requested supplemental information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petition. [ 3 ] Between April 29 and May 3, 2024, the petitioner filed responses to these requests for additional information.
