Abstract

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that brass rod from the Republic of Korea (Korea) is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV) for the period of investigation (POI) April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On December 1, 2023, Commerce published in the Federal Register its preliminary affirmative determination in the LTFV investigation of brass rod from Korea, in which it also postponed the final determination until April 15, 2023. [ 1 ] We invited interested parties to comment on the Preliminary Determination.
