SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On April 27, 2023, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received antidumping duty (AD) petitions concerning imports of brass rod from Brazil, India, Israel, Mexico, Korea, and South Africa, filed in proper form on behalf of the American Brass Rod Fair Trade Coalition and its constituent members, Mueller Brass Co. and Wieland Chase LLC, U.S., producers of brass rod (collectively, the petitioners).
