SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain producer and exporters of ripe olives from Spain received countervailable subsidies during the period of review (POR) January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On September 7, 2023, Commerce published the Preliminary Results of the 2021 administrative review of the countervailing duty order on ripe olives from Spain and invited comments from interested parties. [ 1 ] On December 7, 2023, Commerce extended the deadline for issuing the final results until March 5, 2024.
