SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain exporters/producers of ripe olives from Spain received countervailable subsidies during the period of review (POR) January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On September 12, 2024, Commerce published the Preliminary Results of this administrative review in the Federal Register and invited comments from interested parties. [ 1 ] On December 9, 2024, Commerce tolled certain deadlines in this administrative proceeding by 90 days. [ 2 ] On March 10, 2025, Commerce extended the final results by 57 days. [ 3 ] Accordingly, the deadline for the final results is now June 6, 2025.
