SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On February 2, 2023, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on wind towers from China. [ 1 ] On February 28, 2023, the Wind Tower Trade Coalition (the petitioner) submitted a timely request that Commerce conduct an administrative review.
