SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding its administrative review of utility scale wind towers (wind towers) from the People's Republic of China (China) for the period of review (POR) February 1, 2018, through January 31, 2019, based on the withdrawal of the request for review. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On February 8, 2019, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on wind towers from China for the above POR. [ 1 ] On February 26, 2019, in accordance with section 751(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), and 19 CFR 351.213(b) , Commerce received a timely request from the Wind Tower Trade Coalition (the petitioner) to conduct an administrative review of this antidumping duty order.
