SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that certain companies subject to the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on 1,1,1,2-Tetrafluoroethane (R-134a) from the People's Republic of China (China) remain part of the China-wide entity during the period of review (POR) April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023. In addition, Commerce is rescinding this review in part with respect to certain companies that did not ship subject merchandise during the POR.
