SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that prestressed concrete steel wire strand (PC strand) from Malaysia was not sold in the United States at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), November 19, 2020, through May 31, 2022. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On July 7, 2023, Commerce published the preliminary results of this administrative review and invited parties to comment on the Preliminary Results . [ 1 ] This administrative review covers four producers/exporters of PC strand from Malaysia. [ 2 ] Commerce selected two respondents for individual examination, Kiswire Sdn. Bhd. (KSB) and Wei Dat Steel Wire Sdn. Bhd. (Wei Dat). [ 3 ] Commerce extended the time period for issuing the final results until December 29, 2023.
