SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that certain producers/exporters subject to this administrative review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) of May 12, 2021, through October 31, 2022. [ 1 ] On November 1, 2022, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the Order for the POR.
