SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On May 10, 2012, Commerce published in the Federal Register the AD order on steel nails from the UAE. [ 1 ] On September 1, 2022, the ITC instituted, [ 2 ] and Commerce initiated the second sunset review of the Order, pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act).
