SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that sales of certain steel nails (steel nails) from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) were not made at less than normal value (NV). The period of review (POR) is May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023. Additionally, Commerce is rescinding this administrative review, in part, with respect to 19 companies because the requests for administrative review were timely withdrawn.
