SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On August 9, 2004, Commerce published in the Federal Register the antidumping duty (AD) order on polyethylene retail carrier bags from Malaysia. [ 1 ] On August 2, 2022, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the Order. [ 2 ] On October 11, 2022, based on timely requests for review and in accordance with section 751(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act) and 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i) , Commerce initiated an administrative review of the Order.
