SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that polyethylene retail carrier bags from Malaysia were not sold in the United States at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), August 1, 2022, through July 31, 2023. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On September 13, 2024, Commerce published the Preliminary Results of this review in the Federal Register and invited interested parties to comment on those results. [ 1 ] No interested party submitted comments on the Preliminary Results. Accordingly, the final results remain unchanged from the Preliminary Results and, thus, there is no decision memorandum accompanying this notice. Commerce conducted this administrative review in accordance ( printed page 13342) with section 751(a)(1)(B) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act).
