SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On July 13, 2015, Commerce published in the Federal Register an antidumping duty order on steel nails from Korea. [ 1 ] On September 6, 2022, based on a timely request for review, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i) , we initiated an administrative review of the Order covering 121 producers and/or exporters of the subject merchandise. [ 2 ] On March 9, 2023, Commerce extended the preliminary results of this review to no later than July 28, 2023.
