The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that sales of certain steel nails (nails) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) were made at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. Moreover, Commerce is rescinding the review, in part, with respect to certain companies which had no entries of subject merchandise during the POR. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On July 13, 2015, Commerce published the antidumping duty order on nails from the Korea in the Federal Register . [ 1 ] On August 14, 2024, based on timely requests for review, we initiated an administrative review of the Order covering 126 companies, in accordance with section 751(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act).
