SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On May 29, 2009, Commerce published in the Federal Register the antidumping duty order on citric acid from China. [ 1 ] On May 2, 2022, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the Order. [ 2 ] On July 14, 2022, based on a timely request for an administrative review, Commerce initiated the administrative review of the Order.
