Abstract

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that RZBC Group Co., Ltd., RZBC Co., Ltd., RZBC Import & Export Co., Ltd., and RZBC (Juxian) Co., Ltd. (collectively, RZBC) made sales of citric acid and certain citrate salts (citric acid) from the People's Republic of China (China) at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review.

[ 1 ] On May 5, 2025, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the Order. [ 2 ] On June 25, 2025, based on a timely request for an administrative review, Commerce initiated an administrative review of the Order.
