[ 2 ] Scope of the Order  [ 3 ] The products covered by the scope of the Order are kegs from China. A full description of the scope of the Order is contained in the Issues and Decision Memorandum. Analysis of Comments Received All issues raised by the interested parties in their case and rebuttal briefs are addressed in the Issues and Decision Memorandum and are listed in the appendix to this notice.
