SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that certain producers/exporters of refillable stainless steel kegs (kegs) from the People's Republic of China (China) received countervailable subsidies during the period of review (POR) from January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020. In addition, we are rescinding the review with respect to 35 companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. DATES: Applicable December 21, 2022.
