SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that certain preserved mushrooms (preserved mushrooms) from Poland are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). Commerce published the notice of initiation of this investigation on April 27, 2022.
