SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background In accordance with sections 735(d) and 777(i) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), on March 27, 2023, Commerce published its affirmative final determinations in the less-than-fair-value (LTFV) investigations of preserved mushrooms from the Netherlands, Poland, and Spain.
