SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On December 2, 2021, Commerce published its final results in the 2019 administrative review of the CVD order on certain softwood lumber from Canada. [ 1 ] On December 7, 2021, Resolute FP Canada Inc. (Resolute) alleged that Commerce committed a ministerial error in the Final Results regarding the net subsidy rate calculation under the Provision of Stumpage for Less Than Adequate Remuneration (LTAR) programs of the Government of Quebec (GOQ) and Government of Ontario (GOO).
