SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On January 3, 2018, Commerce published in the Federal Register the countervailing duty (CVD) order on softwood lumber from Canada. [ 1 ] Several interested parties requested that Commerce conduct an administrative review of the CVD Order and, on March 10, 2020, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of initiation of the second administrative review.
