SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain frozen fish fillets (fish fillets) from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam) were sold in the United States at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) August 1, 2017 through July 31, 2018. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On October 22, 2019, Commerce published the Preliminary Results of this administrative review. [ 1 ] From February 3, 2020 through February 11, 2020, we conducted verification of the questionnaire responses of NTSF Seafoods Joint Stock Company (NTSF). [ 2 ] On February 13, 2020, we extended the deadline for the final results of this review to April 17, 2020. [ 3 ] Between March 18, 2020 and March 25, 2020, interested parties submitted case and rebuttal briefs. [ 4 ] On April 15, 2020, we fully extended the deadline for issuance of these final results to April 20, 2020.
