SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Bien Dong Seafood Co., Ltd. (Bien Dong) and NTSF Seafoods Joint Stock Company (NTSF), made sales of certain frozen fish fillets (fish fillets) at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) August 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024. Additionally, Commerce determines that four companies are eligible for a separate rate. Finally, Commerce is rescinding this review with respect to 16 companies and preliminarily rescinding this review with respect to 24 companies and the Vietnam-wide entity.
