SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on honey from the People's Republic of China (China) for the period of review (POR) December 1, 2018 through November 30, 2019. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On December 6, 2019, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the AD order on honey from China. [ 1 ] On February 6, ( printed page 20243) 2020, pursuant to a request from interested parties, Commerce initiated an administrative review with respect to ten companies, in accordance with section 751(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), and 19 CFR 351.213(b) . [ 2 ] On March 30, 2020, the petitioners  [ 3 ] timely withdrew their request for an administrative review with respect to all of the companies for which a review had been requested.
