SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On December 3, 2018, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of “Opportunity to Request an Administrative Review” of the AD order on honey from China for the period December 1, 2017, through November 30, 2018. [ 1 ] In December 2018, Commerce received timely requests to conduct administrative reviews of the AD order on honey from China from the American Honey Producers Association and Sioux Honey Association's (collectively, the petitioners) and Jiangsu Runchen Agricultural/Sideline Foodstuff Co., Ltd (Runchen).
