SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain softwood lumber products (softwood lumber) from Canada. The period of review (POR) is June 30, 2017 through December 31, 2018. Commerce preliminarily determines that the producers/exporters subject to this review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On April 1, 2019, Commerce published in the Federal Register the notice of initiation of an antidumping duty administrative review on softwood lumber from Canada. [ 1 ] On April 1, 2019, based on timely requests for administrative reviews, Commerce initiated an AD administrative review covering 1,224 companies.
