SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On July 29, 2025, Commerce published, in the Federal Register , the Final Results of the administrative review of the AD order on softwood lumber from Canada for this POR. [ 1 ] On August 5 and 6, 2025, we received timely-filed ministerial error allegations from Canfor  [ 2 ] and West Fraser, [ 3 ] the mandatory respondents in this administrative review. [ 4 ] On August 11, 2025, we received comments on West Fraser's ministerial error allegations from the Committee Overseeing Action for Lumber International Trade Investigations or Negotiations (the petitioner).
