[ 1 ] On April 17, 2018, Goal Zero, LLC (Goal Zero), an importer of the subject merchandise, requested changed circumstances reviews (CCRs) and revocation, in part, of the Orders, pursuant to section 751(b)(1) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act) and 19 CFR 351.216(b) , with respect to certain off-grid solar panels.
