SUMMARY: Based on a request from Nextracker LLC (Nextracker), the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is initiating and issuing preliminary results of changed circumstances reviews (CCRs) of the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells (solar cells), whether or not assembled into modules, from the People's Republic of China (China) to revoke the orders, in part, with respect to certain products.
