SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On February 1, 2018, Commerce published the notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on wind towers from Vietnam for the above POR. [ 1 ] On February 28, 2018, in accordance with section 751(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), and 19 CFR 351.213(b) , Commerce received a timely request from the Wind Tower Trade Coalition (the petitioner) to conduct an administrative review of this antidumping duty order.
