SUMMARY: As a result of these sunset reviews, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty orders on utility scale wind towers (wind towers) from the People's Republic of China (China) and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the level identified in the “Final Results of Review” section of this notice. [ 1 ] On January 2, 2018, Commerce published the initiation of the first sunset review of the Orders, pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act).
