SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background This administrative review is being conducted in accordance with section 751(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). On July 3, 2017, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on xanthan gum from the People's Republic of China (China). [ 1 ] Commerce published the notice of initiation of this administrative review on September 13, 2017.
