Abstract

The Department of Commerce (the Department) determines that certain softwood lumber products (softwood lumber) from Canada is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation (POI) is October 1, 2015, through September 30, 2016.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: ( printed page 51807) Background On June 30, 2017, the Department published the Preliminary Determination of this antidumping duty (AD) investigation, as provided by section 733 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), in which the Department preliminarily determined that softwood lumber from Canada was being sold at LTFV.
